These are the terms for joining the Halfsaid waitlist. By joining, you agree to them.
About these terms
They apply to the Halfsaid waitlist website (halfsaid.app). The Halfsaid app is still in development and will have its own terms that you’ll see before you use it.
You must be 18 or older
Halfsaid is intended for adults. By joining the waitlist you confirm that you are at least 18 — or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher.
What joining does — and doesn’t do
- Joining lets us contact you about Halfsaid. If you opted in, we’ll also send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Joining does not give you access to the app, and doesn’t guarantee access, launch timing, pricing, or availability in your country.
- We may change, delay, or discontinue the waitlist or the project at any time.
What Halfsaid is not
Halfsaid is a private space for personal reflection and, in the future app, intentional sharing with one trusted person. It is not a dating or hookup service, an adult-content service, therapy, medical advice, or crisis or emergency support. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.
Using the form fairly
Please submit only your own email address, or one you’re authorised to use. Don’t use the form to submit other people’s information without permission, or to send automated, abusive, or unlawful submissions.
Our content
The name, wordmark, text, and design of this site belong to Halfsaid. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
No warranty
The website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Halfsaid is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the website or the waitlist. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms before the app launches; we’ll update the date above when we do.
